Q: Why does it say there could be additional charges?
A: You will only be charged the total you see for the items in your cart. There will be no additional set up charges or surprise fees. The website is designed for custom merchandise and there are a few built in elements we were not able to remove.
Q: What is the "SHIP MY ORDER" item about?
A: All orders will be held for WILL CALL pick up at the merchandise booth at the reunion unless the "SHIP MY ORDER" item is added to the cart before check out.
Q: Why do orders default to WILL CALL instead of shipping directly to me?
A: Picking up orders at the reunion allows the purchaser to save money by not having to pay the shipping charges.
Q: Where can I pick up my order?
A: All orders (that do not add the "SHIP MY ORDER" item to the cart before checkout) will be available for pick up at the Merchandise Booth at the Reunion. We are also looking in to having items available for pick up before the Reunion begins to help eliminate congestion. We will post updates on this as the Reunion gets closer and we have more information.
Q: How do I pick up my order at WILL CALL?
A: During the reunion, volunteers will be manning the merchandise booth where online orders will be held for WILL CALL pick up. While we should be able to find your order by the name on your order, we recommend having your Order Confirmation Number available as well to speed up and facilitate the pick up process.
Q: I am buying multiple items, do I need to add "SHIP MY ORDER" more than once?
A: No, a single $10.00 shipping fee applies for all orders in their entirety.
Q: Why do I need to enter my shipping address during checkout if my order is being held at WILL CALL?
A: This is an element that is built in to the website and we can not change. Please feel free to select same as billing address. Your order will not be shipped to this address unless the "SHIP MY ORDER" item was added to your cart.
Q: I wanted to have my order shipped but I forgot to add "SHIP MY ORDER" to my cart, is it too late?
A: It is never too late! Simply open a new shopping cart and add "SHIP MY ORDER". Before you add it to your cart you will need to enter your ORDER CONFIRMATON NUMBER in the additional information box (without this number we will not be able to match the shipping request to your order). When you check out and pay the shipping fee, we will receive a notification about your request. and we will ship your order to you at our next available shipping event.
Q: I can not attend the reunion, can I still order merchandise?
A: Of course. Just be sure to add the "SHIP MY ORDER" item to your cart so we can ship your order to you.
Q: I forgot / was not able to pick up my order at the reunion, how can I get my order?
A: Simply visit the merchandise website and open a new order. Add "SHIP MY ORDER". Before you add it to your cart you will need to enter your ORDER CONFIRMATON NUMBER in the additional information box (without this number we will not be able to match the shipping request to your order). When you check out and pay the shipping fee, we will receive a notification about your request. and we will ship your order to you at our next available shipping event.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders will be available for pick up at WILL CALL at the reunion unless "SHIP MY ORDER" was selected.
Q: I selected "SHIP MY ORDER", when will I receive it?
A: Reunion committee members will be scheduling several shipping events to fulfil orders. Since we are all volunteers, we just do not have the man power necessary to package and ship out online orders as they come in. We will be having shipping events several times before the reunion to process, package, and ship orders.
